To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Amanda Bosma for over nine years, with her being in my employ for almost five years while she was attending high school. She was an excellent employee and is an even better human being. Her work habits were impeccable. Amanda is an exceptional young woman, who has clearly defined goals and ambitions in life and is very willing to make the necessary sacrifices to achieve those goals. I have watched Amanda develop into a very self-confident person, who is very sure of not only herself intellectually, but also physically and emotionally. She is a great team player who gets along very well with her peers and her bosses. I fully trusted her to open and close my store on a regular basis and with the handling of the day’s cash and receipts. She excelled when it came to training new employees, as she was able to put her wonderful leadership skills to work. I certainly enjoyed working with Amanda on a personal basis and was very proud to have her on my staff!
Amanda is a very trustworthy loyal woman. She comes from a wonderful family environment and that shows in the kindness and commitment she shows to others. Had Amanda not gone on to University, I would have loved to have kept her as an employee. In my opinion, you would be making a grave mistake by not making her a part of your team. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call.
Yours Truly
